Python app data entry and formed unique id number

Python application that has a form for data entry, where a unique identification number is formed, based on the hole of belonging and the subgroup of belonging. all data are saved in an excel table by clicking the button, and a search can be performed according to given criteria. The application is currently in Serbian, but it can be delivered in any other language, upon request. When you purchase an app, you need to submit a translation request to your language.
